Local passenger services are mostly operated by the newly formed "Regional Railways." As we're in underfunded Rural Lincolnshire, we mostly see aging first generation units consisiting of class 101, 105 and 108s. If we're really lucky, we may see a newer class 142 on the Sunday only Barton to Saltfleet service.

During the summer, a Saturday and Sunday Only service operated from Manchester via Sheffield, Gainsborough Central, Brigg, Grimsby and Louth.
Typically made up of Mark 1 and Mark 2 stock of varying liveries, haulage is often provided by class 20s, 37s, 47s or even, on rare occasions 56s.

Probably the most modern unit you will see at Saltfleet. On Sunday the Barton on Humber to Cleethorpes service combines with the Grimsby to Mablethorpe service to form the Barton on Humber to Saltfleet Service. Timings prevent the train making it to Mablethorpe so the train terminates at Saltfleet.
It meets the Lincoln to Mablethorpe Sunday Service which takes people to Mablethorpe.
